Enrolling in the membership within 60 days of your new patient visit? Your $500 new patient fee applies toward the membership — a net cost of $1,500 to upgrade.

For patients on hormone therapy, the annual membership is recommended — ongoing treatment relies on continuous monitoring. It is not required; you're also welcome to schedule follow-ups individually as needed.

HSA/FSA: visits and membership may be eligible depending on your plan. All patients keep a relationship with a primary care provider for routine preventive care. Pricing subject to change.

We start with a deep review of your history, symptoms, and goals, and build an initial plan together — so you leave with a clear path forward.

2 · Labs

I order labs tailored to your specific picture, so we're working from real data rather than guesswork.

3 · Lab Review & Plan Adjustment

Once results are back, I review them carefully and refine your plan — included as part of your care, not billed as a separate visit.

Labs & Insurance

This is a direct-pay practice — I don't bill insurance. Labs are billed separately by the lab itself, based on your individual insurance coverage.
